SCIENCE

Immune Builder® is a full spectrum beta glucan formula, combining all of the beta glucan structures known to exist in medicinal mushrooms.  This includes Beta 1-3 Glucan, Beta 1-6, 1-3 Glucan, Beta 1-4, 1-3, 1-6 Glucan and Beta 1-6 Glucan.

Each beta glucan utilizes a unique and distinct “signaling pathway” when triggering or modulating the non-specific immune response.  By combining all the known beta glucan configurations, we are utilizing all the known pathways and may be producing a more complex and effective immune response for daily immune support.*

Just one capsule twice a day, AM and PM, on an empty stomach, provides the full prophylactic dose of MaitakeGold, plus an additional 20% (the amount for daily tonic immune support is 4 mg twice a day, Immune Builder® contains 5 mg of MaitakeGold in each capsule).  Adding the other four beta glucan combinations, in addition, to the Beta 1-6, 1-3 Glucan supplied by the Maitake, ensures the best effect for daily immune support.*

Immune Builder® is a mushroom combination supplement made exclusively from highly concentrated hot water extracts, allowing us to deliver 50 to 80 times more beta glucan than those formulas consisting of un-extracted mushrooms, un-extracted mycelium grown on rice, or liquid mushroom supplements preserved in alcohol.

TRADITION

The preparations used in Traditional Chinese Medicine were almost always formulas containing a number of different herbal and mushroom extracts. This was done so that each preparation was energetically balanced in a way that addressed the unique needs of each individual.
