Lost or Stolen Packages:
We do not replace lost and/or stolen packages. If the tracking we provide states it was delivered, then it was delivered. If tracking shows it is in limbo and doesn't seem to be showing up, we will ship out a replacement.

Postal Mail (USPS) takes no more than 2-4 days to get anywhere in the US.
UPS Shipping UPS can take up to 7 days in some locations. Shipping rate will depend on weight and destination. Please check the link to the UPS map below. We do not guarantee any shipping, once it leaves our facility it is out of our control.
Important Overnight Shipping Information
The Mushroom Science warehouse is located in Eugene, Oregon. Shipping by UPS Ground can take 2-7 business days depending on your location. Overnight shipping requests made on a Friday will not ship until the next business day.

HOLIDAYS
DURING FALL/WINTER SEASON - Shipping is out of our control if there is inclement weather. We are not responsible for shipments delayed due to weather. This includes weather that prevents our team from getting to our office.
THANKSGIVING - We are closed the Thursday of Thanksgiving as well as the Friday that follows. We will be back in the office the Monday after the holiday.
DURING THIS HOLIDAY SEASON (2024 into 2025) - Our office will have an extended closure to allow us to spend time with our families over the holidays. We will begin the closure on December 21st and open on the first business day after New Year. After returning, we will process orders as quickly as possible and get them shipped with your preselected shipping method. We strongly suggest the free postal option as it tends to get anywhere in the United States in the most timely manner.

Duties
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any duties or customs fees that are incurred by the importation of a product. We do not have access to the information, please research the information locally.
Credit Cards
Credit card transactions originating outside the U.S. can be placed through our website. The issuing bank will automatically convert your local currency to U.S. dollars based on the exchange rate the day of the transaction.
Your card must be able to be used with an AVS (Address Verification Service) system, and the correct billing address used, or your card will be declined. If you are not sure, you need to call the card issuing company to find out this information. They will also be able to let you know what the correct billing address if you are unsure as well.
Some banks have restrictions on foreign transactions for the credit cards they issue, these restrictions can usually be removed with a phone call to your local bank.

Most countries allow the importation of our products for personal use, although a few countries limit, by financial value, the total amount that can be imported each year or in each shipment.
